MMPGAC – Solvent

MMPGAC is also known as Propylene Glycol Methyl Ether Acetate (PGMEA).

In addition to its traditional use in coatings, Daicel’s organic solvents have recently been adopted in many semiconductor-resist manufacturing processes for advanced applications. PGMEA is one of the primary solvents for photoresist products in the electronic materials industry that improve processability.
